I walked away with mixed feelings on this one. For an indie, this was pretty good. Great cinematography, and one very creepy scare. In fact, it was pretty entertaining. Yet, no matter how much I think about it, I can't bring myself to like it. As with
Insidious, I'm just not sure if I enjoyed it or not. What that means is that I need to give this one another try.
I understand exactly what you mean. At first I had the same problem with it, but at the end of the day, I ended up hating it. Both Insidious and Absentia suffer from the exact same problem - WEAK EXECUTION.
